• MyKad tickets are available for Malaysian residents only and proof of identification and age will be required for entry.
• Adult is defined as 13 to 59 years old; Child is defined as 4 to 12 years old and Senior citizen is defined as 60 years old and above.
• Admission is waived for children aged three and below and do not require a ticket.
• Children under the age of thirteen must be accompanied by adults at all times.
• People with disabilities receive complimentary admission upon presentation of valid OKU ID at the ticketing counter.
• Nature learning activities are available at scheduled hours without any additional charges. Be sure to check out its schedule upon arrival or on our official website.
• Entopia is open from 9:00am to 6:00pm with its last entry at 5:00pm and closed on Wednesdays. The visiting hours are subject to change without prior notice. Please check our official website for the latest updates or announcements.
• Scan the Ticket QR code(s) printed on your e-ticket(s) at the admission turnstile to enter and again at the Tapestree Cafe cashier counter to redeem your food.
Terms & Conditions
• Each ticket holder must present their valid MyKad or other relevant documents upon entry to the park at the admission turnstile.
• Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject entries if visitors are not able to present their valid MyKad or other relevant documents; or attempt to enter the park using wrong tickets. Visitors will be requested to purchase the correct tickets should they wish to enter the park and no refund will be allowed.
• All transactions are final and non-refundable. Tickets are NOT for resale and NOT exchangeable for cash.
• E-ticket(s) is/are valid for entry within forty-five (45) days from the date of purchase (not before or after), after which the e-ticket(s) will be NULL and VOID.
• Expired e-ticket(s) will NOT be acknowledged, extended, replaced or refunded.
• Tickets are rain or shine. No refund will be given due to inclement weather. Please check the weather forecast before purchasing tickets online.
• The food options available in the MyKad Combo Set D are fixed and request for changes in dishes and drinks will not be accommodated.
• The general admission rates and the visiting hours are subject to change without prior notice. Please check our official website for the latest updates or announcements.
• Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice.
• In the event of disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd shall be final.
